Manage audience and email campaigns for festival brands, supporting CRM strategy and data management. Collaborate with various teams to grow reach, engagement, and first-party data.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day audience and email management across a portfolio of festival brands.
- Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager - CRM on data management and collection.
- Work with a variety of teams and stakeholders across the business.
- Support the shared team goal to grow reach, engagement and first party data.
- Create regular emails and design new email templates for multiple festivals across the UK.
- Reporting on key metrics to identify strengths and opportunities.
- Tailor emails as required and use design tweaks to improve email performance.
- Build targeted audiences for a variety of festivals across the UK.
- Ensure first party data collection is at the forefront of your strategy.
- Focus on data retainment for current contacts.
- Create new automated email journeys.
- Run regular tests on sends to refine strategy.
- Support data management.
- Align with a variety of teams across the business on email briefs.
- Deal with a variety of requests, ensuring each festival is given optimal support via email.
- Deputise for the Senior Digital Marketing Manager - CRM when needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing specifically in email marketing and audiences.
- Clear understanding of the importance of first-party data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
- A passion for email marketing.
- Immaculate attention to detail.
- Confident and experienced data analyst.
- Demonstrable interest in deriving actionable insights from web analytics.
- Comfortable with segmenting and streamlining data.
- Confident in strategic planning to improve future emails.
- Confident in working with multiple teams to deliver actionable results.
- Ability to tweak HTML and build email templates.
- Skilled in presenting regularly on multiple areas of email marketing.
- Skilled at using Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, with an eye for visuals.
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform.
- Passion for live music.
- Proactive, self-starter and a team player.
- Able to work in evenings and weekends when necessary.
