About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional, entrepreneurial Staff Product Manager to own the roadmap, execution, discovery, and vision for Loop's agentic products, defining the next generation of agent-driven software. You will initially focus on our flagship agentic BI product, expanding it from restaurants into a horizontal platform, with the potential to influence strategy across our agentic portfolio. This role offers significant executive support and impact.

Responsibilities

Own Loop's agentic product strategy, including roadmap, discovery, execution, and vision, starting with agentic BI and expanding across the portfolio.
Be accountable for product outcomes such as adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue.
Conduct world-class discovery and prioritize effectively to determine product build decisions.
Own the end-to-end product experience, driving UX and design decisions, and shaping team staffing against the roadmap.
Manage tasks ranging from market sizing, pricing, and sales projections to writing specifications, testing releases, and fixing bugs with AI coding agents.
Ship products rapidly with engineering, utilizing AI coding agents for prototyping, validation, and unblocking, and writing code directly when beneficial.
Establish the standard for 'agentic' qualities at Loop, defining how products reason, act, and build trust.

Requirements

6–10+ years in product management, with demonstrated staff-level impact.
Proven track record of scaling a product from early traction, with an entrepreneurial mindset, ideally within fast-growing AI-product companies.
Deep, hands-on AI fluency and a clear perspective on the future of agent-driven software.
Proficiency in building with AI coding agents, including prototyping, testing releases, and bug fixing.
Exceptional skills in discovery, roadmapping, and prioritization, with the ability to transition between strategy and execution.
Ability to engage effectively with customers across all levels, from users to C-level executives, and interact confidently with company leadership.
Enterprising, ambitious, hard-working, and creative with a default to ownership and a fast-paced approach.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for on-site work.
