About the Role

Serve as an enterprise operational leader to translate Inclusion strategy into disciplined execution, measurable outcomes, and scalable business practices. Partner with Inclusion leadership to build and implement a functional operating model, including governance, program execution, workforce planning, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise operating model for Inclusion by translating strategic priorities into clear plans and accountable workstreams.
  • Develop annual operating plans, implementation roadmaps, and performance standards.
  • Drive operational discipline across the Inclusion portfolio, including ERGs, leadership academies, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Design and manage enterprise governance structures, reporting cadences, and decision-making forums.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and program assessments to evaluate progress and identify risks.
  • Serve as the operational owner of Talent Insight Reporting, ensuring data integrity and actionable workforce insights.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Management, and analytics teams to translate workforce data into executive-ready dashboards and recommendations.
  • Manage enterprise Inclusion operating calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Provide leadership and governance for Employee Resource Groups and the Inclusion Advocate Network.
  • Lead operational strategy and execution for the Inclusive Leadership Academy.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting.
  • Influence senior leaders to align priorities and remove barriers to Inclusion initiatives.
  • Coach and develop Inclusion team members by establishing clear priorities and performance expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, workforce, and legal risks related to Inclusion initiatives.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve data collection and automate reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Inclusion, operations, leadership, enterprise program management, or talent management.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and managing complex cross-functional portfolios.
  • Working experience with workforce planning, succession planning, talent analytics, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive performance through others.
  • Strong understanding of Inclusion concepts, workplace practices, and change management.
  • Exceptional business acumen and ability to influence outcomes across leadership levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Ability to travel 0-10% of the time.
