About the Role
EXL Risk Control is seeking self-directed independent contractors with excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and timeliness standards. You will work from your home or office, servicing onsite survey/inspection assignments.
Responsibilities
- Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk control reports to insurance industry clients.
- Manage accepted assignments, secure customer appointments within a local territory, and complete work assignments on time.
- Evaluate businesses to identify hazards and improve safety, mitigating risks for insurance company clients.
- Survey commercial operations including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments, construction jobsites, churches, and schools.
- Assess businesses for Property and General Liability coverage, and service other commercial insurance lines of business.
Requirements
- Possess excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and timeliness standards.
- Provide a digital camera or tablet, computer, printer, high-speed internet access, reliable vehicle, and measuring device.
- Maintain Auto and General Liability Insurance.
