About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our Chairman, Killian Hurley, with personal, business, property, and philanthropic commitments. This role involves more than just diary management and travel booking; it requires someone who thrives on making things run smoothly, bringing order to complexity, and anticipating needs. You will become a trusted support, ensuring priorities advance, details are managed, and nothing important is overlooked. Your responsibilities will include gathering information, preparing for meetings, and following through on actions. You might research upcoming meetings, coordinate personal commitments, manage property matters, or proactively solve issues.
Responsibilities
- Support the Chairman across personal, business, property, and philanthropic commitments.
- Manage diary and book travel.
- Make things run smoothly for the Chairman.
- Bring order to complexity.
- Stay one step ahead and anticipate needs.
- Become a trusted support across a mix of commitments.
- Ensure priorities keep moving forward.
- Take care of details and ensure nothing important falls through the cracks.
- Gather information.
- Prepare for meetings.

- Research upcoming meetings and prepare briefing notes.

Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in a PA, EA, project coordination, office management, or similar role.
- Potential to grow into a trusted long-term partner to the Chairman.
- Curiosity, initiative, sound judgement, and a genuine willingness to take ownership.
