Responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads and qualify interest in Okta’s products, serving as the first human touchpoint for future customers.
- Generate high-quality meetings and pipeline through thoughtful and relevant outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover business problems and prepare Account Executives to provide solutions.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Outreach to manage a book of business and maintain organization.
- Achieve KPIs and quota while participating in team competitions, receiving shout-outs, and engaging in mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Open to feedback and eager for continuous improvement.
- Curious and eager to learn and explore.
- Collaborative mindset, believing success is a team effort.
