About the Role
CFSB is a federal savings bank at the forefront of fintech and payments. This role focuses on corporate governance and contractual matters, involving taking minutes of Board and committee meetings and performing various legal team contractual and administrative tasks. You will work closely with two other legal associates, overseen by a US attorney and the Bank’s General Counsel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in Board/Committee meetings and produce meeting minutes.
- Facilitate execution, filing and management of Bank contracts and other documents managed by the Legal Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Legal team attorneys.
Requirements
- Ability to process meeting information quickly and transcribe relevant information in an organized and succinct manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
- Microsoft Word and Outlook skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
