About the Role
The Technical Architect role designs and implements scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architecture, bridging business needs with technical reality. The successful candidate will define technical roadmaps, lead complex integrations, manage data models and govern development standards, ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable and aligned with our digital commercial goals.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural blueprints, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and integrated with existing systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Guide development teams through the implementation process.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in understandable terms.
- Ensure all digital commercial activities align with overall enterprise standards, business strategies, and cross-functional technology roadmaps.
- Identify and manage risks, budget limitations, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead development teams, mentor developers/consultants, and perform code reviews.
- Design secure integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems.
- Define coding standards, manage CI/CD pipelines, and oversee release management to minimize technical debt.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience of which 3 years need to be as an IT Architect.
- Experience in Agile processes and Agile frameworks like SAFe.
- Experience/certification with Salesforce is essential.
- Strong analytical skills combined with good level of communication and training skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
- Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
