About the Role

This role focuses on managing and expanding our affiliate network by nurturing existing partnerships and identifying new creators. You will be responsible for campaign setup, performance tracking, and serving as the main point of contact for our creators, offering support and exclusive opportunities. Additionally, you will conduct market research, stay updated on social media trends, and actively engage potential partners. The position also involves supporting the broader marketing team on cross-functional projects, providing exposure to various marketing disciplines.

Responsibilities

Manage and acquire creator partnerships, strategically expanding the network.
Support the technical setup of campaigns and ensure accurate performance data tracking.
Act as the central point of contact for creators, preparing newsletters and exclusive offers.
Conduct independent market analyses and identify new social media trends.
Proactively reach out to potential partners.
Support the marketing team with cross-departmental projects and gain insights into various marketing disciplines.

Requirements

Demonstrate affinity for social media, understanding current trends and identifying suitable creators for the brand.
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, enjoying networking and creating win-win situations.
Exhibit a structured work approach and technical understanding, with a high affinity for tools and data.
Show a hands-on mentality, taking initiative and contributing fresh ideas.
Communicate fluently in German (C1 level) and have good English skills.
Reside in or around Berlin for regular on-site collaboration.
