About the Role
The Housekeeping Coordinator provides front-line communication and administrative support for hotel operations by managing incoming calls, coordinating guest requests, and maintaining accurate records. This role serves as a liaison between guests, housekeeping, and front desk teams to ensure professional service and efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and maintain accurate call logs and messages
- Provide professional guest service and share information on events and promotions
- Coordinate communication between front desk and housekeeping regarding room status and inventory
- Maintain operational records and access guest information using AS400
- Support office operations through typing, filing, and document handling
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Previous guest service experience
- Ability to sit for extended periods
