About the Role

Quest Software builds the foundation for enterprise AI with solutions in data governance, cybersecurity, and platform modernization. We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Advisor to lead our Treasury Operations activity and play a key role in managing our global banking infrastructure. This position offers broad exposure across regions and functions with a clear path to developing the skills required of a senior Treasury professional.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day bank account management across the US, Canada, EMEA, APJ, and LATAM regions.
Manage the full lifecycle of bank accounts, including opening, closing, name changes, and signatory updates.
Maintain board resolutions and AML documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.
Administer bank portals, including system access, user entitlements, and ongoing maintenance.
Support internal controls related to bank account governance.
Assist with the implementation of a new Treasury Management System.
Partner with the Liquidity Management Director on cash forecasting initiatives.

Requirements

2–4+ years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations.
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus but not required.
