About the Role

As a Working Student (f/m/d), you will support our team in daily People Service operations, gaining exciting insights into modern HR processes, digital HR systems, and the work of an international HR Shared Service Center. You will have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge directly into practice and develop professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

  • Creation, processing, and administration of employment contracts, contract changes, certificates, and other documents throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintenance of master data and HR processes in the HR system Workday.
  • Ensuring high data quality through careful administration and organization of personnel data.
  • First point of contact for employees and managers regarding general HR inquiries.
  • Processing and answering requests about HR processes, programs, and policies via the ticket system and phone.
  • Independent follow-up of appointments and ongoing processes.
  • Support for managers and People Partners with administrative HR tasks.
  • Ensuring high service and customer satisfaction through timely, professional, and solution-oriented processing of requests.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student at a German university, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a comparable field of study.
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications.
  • High affinity for digital systems and modern technologies.
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Openness to change and new developments.
