About the Role
Autism Behavioral Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join Team ABC on a per diem basis. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high quality, ethical ABA services while enjoying the flexibility to build a caseload that fits their schedule and professional goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments for newly referred clients as assigned
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and ABA Coordinators
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment
- Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, assent based ABA practices
- Maintain consistent communication with families through supervision, email, and phone
- Review clinical documentation and provide feedback to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team to support client outcomes
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Current LABA or ability to obtain Massachusetts licensure
- Experience providing ABA services across home, clinic, or community settings
- Experience collaborating with parents and caregivers
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and assent based ABA practices
