About the Role

Our lab is interested in defining new antimalarial drug targets. We will use techniques for genetic modification and computational prediction to understand function and draggability of targets.

Responsibilities

  • Working Conditions: This position works in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards.
  • The individual must be physically able to wear protective equipment and to provide standard care to research animals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
  • No specific work experience is required for this position.
  • A driver's license is not required for this position.
  • Candidates with additional education and experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Background in cell biology and genetic modification.
