About the Role

As a Photo Process Technician, you will perform functions associated with manufacturing and system operations, including working with engineers, set-up and calibration, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting procedures, and rework/quality testing for memory chips and logic. You will use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data for in-line adjustments and may assist in developing methods to control or modify the manufacturing process, requiring compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes.
  • Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process, requiring compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively through Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance.
  • Conduct failure analysis and follow scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
  • Monitor equipment and processes in current state and proactively look for ways to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or other technical certification.
  • Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent).
  • 4 years equivalent technical Military service.
  • 2+ years prior work experience.
  • Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
  • Familiar with TPM concepts.
