About the Role

As a Photo Process Technician, you will perform functions associated with manufacturing and system operations, including working with engineers, set-up and calibration, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting procedures, and rework/quality testing for memory chips and logic. You will use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data for in-line adjustments and may assist in developing methods to control or modify the manufacturing process, requiring compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes.
Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process, requiring compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively through Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance.
Conduct failure analysis and follow scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
Monitor equipment and processes in current state and proactively look for ways to improve processes.

Requirements

Associates degree or other technical certification.
Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent).
4 years equivalent technical Military service.
2+ years prior work experience.
Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
Familiar with TPM concepts.
