About the Role

Join our team of talented professionals as a Service Advisor at Maserati / Alpha Romero.

Responsibilities

• Write up repair orders for customer-owned vehicles.
• Write up repair orders for new and used stock vehicles.
• Regularly update customers and the sales department on repair order progress and completion.
• Follow up with customers and the sales department when special-order parts arrive.
• Conduct post-service visit follow-ups with customers.
• Maintain above national average CSI scores.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Inform the service manager of any potential customer or repair issues.

Requirements

• Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, functions, repairs, and parts.
• Possess mechanical and automotive parts/service experience.
• Ability to understand service sales training and new product information.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to convey repair information in an understandable manner to customers.
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members.
• Ability to maintain an organized workload and customer communication.
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
