About the Role
Lead the planning and delivery of a new Pet Insurance solution for RACQ members, managing a high-profile transformation program. This role involves bringing people together, navigating complexity, and driving outcomes for a seamless customer and member experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with internal teams, RACQ, and suppliers to define requirements, identify risks, and design future state solutions.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for the new Pet Insurance partner, ensuring readiness across processes, systems, and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple workstreams and dependencies in parallel to support timely and effective delivery outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and influence decisions.
- Support commercial and procurement activities, including supplier engagement, statements of work, and contract coordination.
- Drive change and embedment activities to support operational readiness, partner adoption, and successful transition outcomes.
- Support other activities for business enablement for RACQ transition.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex projects, transitions, or integration initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence influencing outcomes in matrixed environments.
- Experience working with vendors, partners, or suppliers to deliver shared objectives.
- Commercial awareness, including exposure to contracts, procurement processes, or partner arrangements.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and risks while maintaining momentum.
- Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills that bring people together.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach with a focus on achieving practical outcomes.
