About the Role

In this six-month internship, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team, gaining exciting insights into the entire recruiting process, from identifying suitable candidates to supporting them through the application process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage talent through active sourcing on various platforms and support the development of sustainable talent pools.
• Review resumes and support our recruiting team in selecting suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience through smooth scheduling.
• Support the team with administrative recruiting tasks, such as maintaining applicant data and organizing the application process.
• Collaborate closely with our recruiters and gain exciting insights into modern talent acquisition and employer branding.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
• You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
• You work in a structured manner, enjoy communicating with people, and have a good eye for detail.
• You are interested in talent acquisition and active sourcing in an international environment; initial experience with recruiting tools is a plus.
