About the Role

As a Recruiting Intern for six months, you will become an active member of the Talent Acquisition team, gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment process while working closely with experienced recruiters. You will identify top talent, support candidates, make a real impact, learn modern recruiting practices, and build valuable HR experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage talented candidates through active sourcing on various platforms and help build strong talent pipelines
• Screen CVs and support recruiters in identifying suitable candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interviews by scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support the team with recruitment administration, including maintaining candidate data and keeping recruitment processes well organized
• Work closely with the Recruiting team on day-to-day hiring activities while gaining insights into employer branding and talent acquisition

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Organized, enjoy communicating with people, and have an eye for detail
• Excited to learn about Talent Acquisition and active sourcing in an international environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Enjoy working with others and believe that great ideas are even better when shared over a coffee
