About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to guide Tripledot Studios through a remarkable period of growth. This is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful work that will shape the future of our business, while also offering a platform for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including Studio and Sub-class P&L, revenue and gross margin analysis.
- Deliver accurate month-end close, including accruals, prepayments and recurring journals.
- Produce revenue share calculations with clear, commercial commentary.
- Produce monthly revenue share reports for senior leadership and external partners.
- Continuously improve month-end processes, controls and reporting quality.
- Deliver ad hoc flash reporting across revenue, margins and royalty trends.
- Provide clear insight into financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve data accuracy and challenge assumptions.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to review performance and support decision-making.
- Communicate financial information clearly to non-finance audiences.
- Leverage systems and tools to improve reporting speed, accuracy and automation.
- Identify and implement process improvements across reporting.
- Support integration across finance and commercial systems.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Proven track record of delivering management accounts and month-end close.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
