About the Role

As a Scheduling Lead at Linesight, you will work with experienced, diverse, and passionate teams, gaining vast industry experience that will open doors, extend your skillset, and expand your perspective. We empower you to take responsibility and control of your career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones, and timelines using critical plan methodology.
  • Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
  • Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents and plans.
  • Ensure a clear method for baseline scheduling and manage periodic updates.
  • Manage the fully integrated project schedule, structuring it for review at various levels of detail.
  • Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for optimal client outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates on schedule progress through expert analysis and reporting.
  • Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions.
  • Attend Risk Analysis workshops and support the QRA process.
  • Resource load schedules as required by the project team.
  • Prepare scheduling best practices and procedures.
  • Review external schedules to ensure they are compiled using scheduling best practices.
  • Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value by fostering an environment of top performance and growth through excellent mentorship and leadership.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience on Data Center or life science projects.
  • 8+ years of construction scheduling experience.
  • Detailed oriented and quality focused.
  • A degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction-related discipline.
  • Experience working with Primavera P6 software.
