About the Role

The Regional Clinical Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of competency-based training and clinical readiness programs for Clinical Technologists and LPNs within vascular service lines. This role acts as a clinical resource and leader, driving workforce development and standardized clinical workflows across designated markets.

Responsibilities

  • Determine initial and ongoing clinical skills, education, and competency needs for CTs and LPNs.
  • Utilize diverse instructional methods to deliver training, including manuals, videos, and LMS content.
  • Collaborate with IT and clinical leadership to update training materials and workflow guidance.
  • Serve as a super user and clinical resource for technology and documentation.
  • Develop and implement education initiatives for onboarding, competency validation, and remediation.
  • Act as the clinical program lead for clinic-based vascular service lines.
  • Mentor and develop CT/LPN preceptors and leads.
  • Monitor onboarding completion, clinical readiness, and compliance with standards of care.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and retention of clinical staff.
  • Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations impacting scope of practice.
  • Partner with leadership to support accreditation, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide reporting on program performance and workforce development metrics.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN with current state or multi-state licensure.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Deep understanding of clinical processes and healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.
  • Knowledge of infection control standards.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement and patient safety concepts.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally on a regular basis.
  • Proof of auto insurance with specific liability coverage limits.
