About the Role

Join our vacationer program in Tax-related areas. You’ll join a dynamic, client-focused team that helps organisations navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to understand their needs, explain technical concepts in a practical way, and support their decision-making. You’ll apply your accounting knowledge and understanding of legislation to deliver accurate, meaningful insights that make a real impact. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of clients from multinational organisations to high-net-worth individuals building both your technical expertise and your client service capability. You’ll learn from industry-leading professionals and if you return as a Graduate can be supported to further your studies, including the Chartered Accountants (CA) program and/or a Masters of Tax, setting you up for a strong and rewarding accounting career.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients.

  • Apply accounting knowledge and understanding of legislation to deliver insights.
  • Contribute to high-quality tax compliance and advisory work.

Requirements

  • Studying a Commerce, Accounting, or Business-related degree.
  • Genuinely curious about how businesses operate.

  • Enjoys explaining concepts in a way that makes sense to them.

  • Finishing studies mid or end of 2027.
  • Permanent resident or citizen of Australia or a New Zealand Citizen.
