About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Leytonstone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mortgage market, be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and be confident in providing tailored advice to clients from initial enquiry through to completion. Responsibilities

Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment
Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client
Generate your own leads and business
Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure as efficient a process as possible for the client.
Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Requirements

Hold CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent qualification.
Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
Provide evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate).
Provide Proof of Address.
Provide National Insurance details.
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
