About the Role

This role is for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser based in Romford. You will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, and providing exceptional client care.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Requirements

• Must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
• Proof of Address
• National Insurance
• Full UK Driving Licence

• £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary
