About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team. This role offers a clear career path and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain client relationships and business.
• Maximize in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team.
• Maximize value from each client.
• Generate own leads and business.
• Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end.
• Go above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Requirements

• Must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
• Must provide proof of address.
• Must provide National Insurance details.
• Must provide a Full UK Driving Licence.

• On target earnings of £40000 to £60000+ per year
• £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary
