About the Role
Join us in shaping the next generation of AI-driven architectures for leading organizations worldwide. Design agentic platforms, autonomous delivery pipelines, and intelligent systems that translate enterprise knowledge into scalable business impact. Bring your unique strengths to our distinctive team—one that consistently supports each other. Together with Boston Consulting Group and our clients, we drive innovation from the boardroom to the code.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-driven target architectures and conceptualize AI-powered Software Factories, from "agentic software factories" to autonomous software development at enterprise scale, while leading small project teams.
- Develop and take ownership of AI-driven delivery pipelines that translate development processes, engineering standards, and architectural principles into machine-executable workflows.
- Establish trusted AI engineering environments by designing governance mechanisms with multi-layer verification, clearly defined identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability.
- Implement and oversee evaluation and security mechanisms, including automated testing and evaluation pipelines, architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming approaches for AI-generated systems, ensuring adherence to quality and security standards.
- Transform enterprise knowledge into machine-readable structures—such as architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, and business rules—to enable autonomous software development.
- Translate business intent into scalable architectures, embed AI sustainably into existing technology landscapes and operating models, and turn strategic vision into measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field with above-average academic performance.
- At least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software engineering with a strong AI focus.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Analyze, design, and optimize state-of-the-art custom IT architectures, leveraging deep understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current technology trends (e.g., Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, AI-native architectures).
- Hands-on experience with AI systems, such as LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms.
- Familiarity with modern software delivery practices, including DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering.
- Familiarity with concepts such as Agent Assembly Line, Execution Harness, and Context Engineering, and knowledge of how to integrate them into secure, scalable enterprise architectures.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
- Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Thrive in interdisciplinary teams and global environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluent in both German and English and ability to confidently communicate complex technical concepts in both languages.
