About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Event Producer (Contract) to join the Global Events team. This role involves bringing visible moments to life, from developer events to global launches and new formats. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into seamless, thoughtful productions, owning the full production lifecycle from concept to execution. The ideal candidate has strong experience in live production, stage management, or agency-side event production, with a curiosity about AI.

Responsibilities

Manage stage productions, overseeing content production, stage management, and AV coordination.
Collaborate on event execution strategies with event managers and business DRIs.
Support creative production by collaborating with creative teams and managing vendors onsite.
Source and negotiate with vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
Oversee risk management and contingency planning, including permits and insurance.
Track budgets and financials meticulously.
Coordinate project management, including workbacks and progress meetings.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in production/stage management, event production, or agency event management/production.
Proven track record of managing budgets over $500k.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work across multiple events.
Understanding of stagecraft, show flow development, and translating brand values to stages and screens.
Strong working knowledge of full-stack event audio visual elements (Audio, Video, Lighting).
Demonstrated strong cross-functional team management experience.
A deep interest in artificial intelligence that benefits all of humanity.
