About the Role

TEAM is an award-winning experiential marketing agency seeking a part-time Promotional Specialist to represent a well-known beverage brand at events. You will engage with consumers, build brand affinity, and help grow the brand's popularity in select markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute fun theme interactive events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars, and other special events.
• Work with the designated Regional Manager for event assignments, training, and reporting.
• Encourage consumer engagement and participation in activations.
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, collateral, and products.
• Articulate best practices and trends to the Regional Manager via recaps and event photos.
• Build brand awareness and help increase client members.
• Assist in event setup and breakdown of promotional assets.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ required for alcohol-related programs).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have access to a smartphone.
