About the Role

This is a hands-on HR Advisor role within the Audio People team, suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering practical, people-focused HR support. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on ER matters including performance, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and employee welfare
  • Provide clear, pragmatic guidance aligned to business priorities
  • Support senior stakeholders with people challenges and solutions
  • Build strong relationships across teams and functions
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders
  • Liaise with Talent teams on recruitment needs
  • Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately
  • Work with Payroll and HR Admin teams to maintain system integrity
  • Support onboarding and wider employee lifecycle activity
  • Coach managers on performance and people management
  • Support delivery of HR training sessions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of policies and practices
  • Champion Bauer’s Belonging at Bauer strategy
  • Support a positive, inclusive working environment

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Employment Law
  • Experience managing ER cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload under pressure
  • Experience using HR data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality best practices
