About the Role

The Valet is responsible for delivering exceptional professionalism and customer service by warmly welcoming members and guests upon arrival, promptly and safely parking their vehicles. Upon departure, the Valet ensures efficient service by retrieving vehicles quickly and offering a fond farewell.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and friendly customer service, offering warm welcomes as members/guests approach the drop-off area.
• Assist members and guests exiting their vehicle, ensuring all needs are met and questions answered.
• Operate both manual stick-shift and automatic vehicles safely.
• Securely maintain keys using an efficient tracking system.
• Clean and maintain the driveway and entry areas, ensuring they are uncongested, neat, and debris-free.
• Assist outside service staff by unloading/loading golf bags and other equipment for events.
• Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Follow safe working practices and encourage others to do the same.
• Take initiative in personal and professional growth.
• Address and resolve challenges using available resources.
• Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities.

Requirements

• Ability to operate both manual stick-shift and automatic vehicles.
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
• Adherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
• Availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required.
