About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a working relationship with Lab Owners, IT Teams and Management.
- Update the Regulatory Asset Management systems inventory of lab equipment, PC’s, software, and any other information pertinent to the environment.
- Maintain daily project related communications with team.
- Perform technical responsibilities including problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
- Write change control requests and test plans.
- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Manage time effectively with minimal supervision to achieve objectives.
- Provide support for audit response, validation, lab administration, PER requests, investigations, data backup configuration, software training and advanced end-user support, data integrity assessments, training, and system repairs.
- Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain training and compliance in health and safety, security, environmental, and operational aspects of daily activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to listen to and interpret client requests.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technology issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify, track, and complete tasks for multiple projects within prescribed timeframes.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 25% of the time.
- Ability to occasionally move inside and outside labs.
- Frequently operate on instruments, objects, tools, or controls, requiring regular bending, squatting, stretching, and reaching.
- Regularly move or lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally move or lift up to 100 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close range observation, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Occasionally operate a computer and other office machinery.
