About the Role

Partner with senior business leaders and HR colleagues to provide expert reward advice, influence strategic decision-making, and ensure reward programmes are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business goals. Act as a trusted advisor, driving best practice across compensation, benefits, policies, and governance to support a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Translate global and regional reward strategies into locally relevant programmes across UK&I.
  • Review compensation recommendations and provide commercially balanced, data-led advice.
  • Lead participation in compensation surveys and market benchmarking, using insights to inform salary structures, reward frameworks and pay decisions.
  • Own the UK&I Gender Pay Gap reporting programme and support broader pay equity and emerging pay transparency initiatives.
  • Lead strategic benefits projects, partner with vendors and resolve complex benefits matters to enhance the employee experience.
  • Own and oversee the annual salary and bonus review cycles for the UK&I market.
  • Act as the reward subject matter expert for executive incentive programmes, salary structures, job architecture, acquisitions, integrations and organisational transformation.
  • Manage complex reward projects from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring robust governance and compliance.
  • Engage proactively with HR teams, business leaders and senior executives to strengthen understanding and adoption of reward programmes.

Requirements

  • Strong reward and/or benefits experience gained within a medium-to-large organisation, including managing complex projects and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary surveys, market data, job evaluation methodologies and reward governance.
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to influence at all levels and create executive-level presentations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and delivery focused, with the integrity, judgement and adaptability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • A genuine interest in reward trends, market practices and emerging legislation, alongside a commitment to creating fair, inclusive and impactful reward solutions.
