About the Role
Drive new business acquisition by helping small and mid-sized construction businesses streamline lien rights management with Levelset's industry-leading software. Generate revenue by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—while building lasting customer relationships and consistently exceeding quota. Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to identify new opportunities, deliver consultative product demonstrations, and close new business.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic territory planning.
- Qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated opportunities, maintaining timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, solution selling, negotiation, contract execution, and closing.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while accurately forecasting opportunities and updating Salesforce.
- Develop trusted relationships with prospective customers by understanding their business challenges and aligning Levelset solutions to their needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through upselling, referrals, and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate Levelset's value proposition.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 3+ years of successful B2B software sales experience, preferably selling into small or mid-market businesses.
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle in an inside and/or outside sales environment.
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting skills with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quota.
- Experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform to manage opportunities and customer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders virtually.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
