About the Role

Clarity is the Global Growth Consultancy for B2B technology brands. We align leadership, markets, and execution to turn complex growth ambitions into commercial momentum. Since 2006, we have delivered integrated campaigns across Communications, Marketing, Search, and Creative to build lasting commercial advantage for the brands shaping tomorrow. We are looking for a stellar Account Manager to join our Amsterdam team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact, building strong relationships and understanding their business and communication needs.
  • Write and execute PR and communication plans, overseeing the strategic direction for key client accounts.
  • Advise clients and determine resource allocation to achieve challenging objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key media targets for clients.
  • Monitor daily news to identify opportunities for clients.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to identify growth opportunities for clients and support the expansion of new services.
  • Participate in pitches and briefings for potential new clients and prepare proposals for existing clients.
  • Proactively collaborate to find solutions for potential roadblocks and act as an escalation point for client issues.
  • Participate in agency life, including Clarity initiatives, supporting peer-group proposals, and attending team socials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience working with B2B technology brands (agency or in-house), including enterprise software across HR, Marketing, and Business Management.
  • Passion for technology.
  • Ability to provide strategic counsel to clients and deliver communication outcomes.
  • Enjoy the creative and fast-paced agency environment, thriving with flexibility and change.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work with international clients and colleagues.
  • Proven superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
