About the Role
Oracle is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Fusion SaaS to lead a direct territory focused on strategic Construction and Engineering customers. This role involves working with complex, high-value accounts to deepen executive relationships, expand cloud adoption, and modernize critical business processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, commercially focused sales professional skilled in enterprise sales, relationship-building, and industry understanding.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a direct territory of strategic Construction and Engineering accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, business leaders, technology stakeholders, and key influencers.
- Lead account planning, including strategy, stakeholder mapping, opportunity identification, financial targets, and key milestones.
- Develop a clear engagement plan for complex accounts with multiple business streams, decision-makers, and buying influences.
- Position Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX based on customer priorities, business value, and transformation goals.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, working closely with Pre-Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Partner, and internal Oracle teams.
- Create and progress pipeline through executive engagement, sector knowledge, customer insight, partner collaboration, and proactive prospecting.
- Build compelling business cases using value-based selling, ROI analysis, references, and relevant market insight.
- Accurately forecast opportunities, maintain strong pipeline discipline, and progress deals with clear next steps and ownership.
- Generate near-term sales outcomes while building long-term account relationships and future growth opportunities.
- Travel regularly to meet key customers and maintain strong territory coverage.
Requirements
- Proven success as a complex SaaS or Cloud Applications Sales professional.
- Strong ability to sell into large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders, business units, and decision-making layers.
- Experience engaging senior executives and influencing strategic business conversations.
- A track record of building pipeline, creating new opportunities, and closing competitive enterprise deals.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate business value to executive, commercial, technology, and operational audiences.
- Ability to understand customer challenges from multiple angles and translate them into practical technology-led outcomes.
- Strong account planning, stakeholder mapping, forecasting, and opportunity management discipline.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the persistence and work ethic needed to create momentum in strategic accounts.
- Proven success in selling either Oracle Fusion Applications or into the Construction and Engineering industry.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to support key customer relationships.
