About the Role

Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including hiring, training, promoting products/services, and meeting company goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Retail Sales Process to achieve deep customer relationships and deepen existing ones through cross-sales.
• Ensure branch operational excellence to maximize efficiency and customer experience.
• Grow branch revenue through product/service offerings and fee collection.
• Lead by example, setting the tone for branch staff commitment to the Company and its culture.
• Track and manage service and operational performance metrics, developing action plans to close performance gaps.
• Perform all essential branch functions with expertise, ensuring compliance with company practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all security procedures are strictly followed.
• Engage in community activities and business development to promote company goodwill and profitability.
• Assist in staff selection, development, training, and retention.
• Share strategies to mitigate service weaknesses and leverage strengths to differentiate the company.
• Conduct regular staff meetings for consistent communication on sales, operations, and concerns.
• Originate, input, and collect documents for Consumer Loan applications, quote rates, and close loans.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Must understand and adhere to all compliance issues.
• Must attend required training related to this position, including Bank Secrecy Act and Privacy Act.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with a high degree of expertise.
• Must ensure branch is operating consistently with all company practices, policies, and procedures.
• Must ensure all security procedures are strictly followed.
• Must be able to originate, input, and collect all necessary documents for Consumer Loan applications.
• Must be able to quote rates for consumer loans and close consumer loans once a decision has been made by an underwriter.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
