About the Role

We are seeking a Presales Consultant to join our commercial team, supporting strategic sales initiatives, developing proposals, and contributing to client solution delivery. This role involves close collaboration with customers, partners, and delivery teams to secure and execute business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead smaller RFx responses end-to-end and support senior team members on larger strategic opportunities.
  • Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, RFx responses, and presentations under deadline pressure.
  • Develop case studies, solution descriptions, and value propositions tailored to specific client needs.
  • Map client stakeholder landscapes to effectively position solutions.
  • Analyze competitor positioning and provide insights into deal strategy.
  • Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and oral presentations.
  • Track win conversion across opportunities and work to improve win rates.
  • Help shape the use of AI in presales, identifying automation and AI tooling opportunities.
  • Collaborate across account management, project delivery, and technology partner teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT services or technology consulting environments.
  • Proven proposal-writing ability, capable of owning a document from inception to submission.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
  • Commercial awareness, understanding deal structures and client purchasing motivations.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting market data and competitive intelligence for bid enhancement.
