About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Consultant Social Media & Influencer Marketing to develop sustainable content and stories for lifestyle brands, targeting recipients and consumers. If networking is your strength and you have existing contacts with influencers, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Holistic support and initial consulting for our clients in the areas of social media, influencer marketing, and digital content.
- Conception of social media, content, and influencer strategies.
- Active management of various social media profiles for our clients, especially in the Jewelry, Travel, Fashion & Fragrance sectors.
- Planning, handling, and monitoring of influencer campaigns and activities.
- Definition and ongoing monitoring of the performance of all channels and derivation of corresponding improvement measures.
- Continuous trend research on relevant, brand- or topic-related topics and in the competitive environment.
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent vocational training.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in digital communication for lifestyle brands (client-side, at a digital agency, etc.).
- Knowledge of social trends and social media insights.
- Brand and target group understanding, talent for creation, integrated conception, and consulting.
- Proficient use of common social media platforms & tools (like Canva).
- Good sense for language and visuals, fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing.
- Initiative and precise work, time management, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
