About the Role

This role involves monthly reporting and monitoring of KPIs, supporting acquisitions, and creating modifications in CAD. You will transfer room books via Winshuttle into our SAP program and collaborate with internal departments such as Asset Management, Finance, Legal, and SAP. Additionally, you will manage existing BI reports and enhance solutions using Power BI and Excel.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or comparable qualification
• Enthusiasm for real estate data, analyses, and business processes, with an understanding of business management issues
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD, and Winshuttle (script creation and execution)
• Quality-conscious team player with analytical problem-solving skills, initiative, and implementation strength
• Language skills: German C1 or better, English advantageous
