About the Role
The Country Club of Buffalo is hiring front-of-house service staff for year-round roles with AM and PM availability. We are looking to fill two types of service roles: A La Carte Dining Server and Banquet Server.
Responsibilities
- Providing attentive and professional table service to members
- Understanding and executing proper steps of service
- Using professional communication and service verbiage with members and staff
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout service
- Learning and memorizing monthly menu changes
- Polishing silverware and glassware
- Maintaining a clean, organized service area and completing side work
- Providing efficient service for high-volume events
- Assisting with banquet and event setup and breakdown
- Carrying trays and executing plated or buffet service
- Moving and setting tables, chairs, and event furniture
- Adapting to changing workloads and event timelines
- Working closely with the banquet team to ensure smooth event execution
