About the Role
Enovate is seeking a Senior Highway/Civil Engineer to join their growing team in New Jersey and New York. This is an opportunity to influence decisions without big-firm bureaucracy and contribute to an ever-changing industry with technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual geometric designs, alignments, grading, MPT, drainage, utilities, and traffic barriers.
- Develop conceptual documents and provide design recommendations.
- Lead technical project meetings.
- Coordinate with staff from a range of other disciplines (civil, structural, operations) to resolve design issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- PE License
- 5+ years of experience in the engineering field
- Knowledge of AASHTO, MUTCD, State DOT, NJTA, and other NY/NJ local standards
- Experience and knowledge of Microstation
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and AutoTURN
- Uncompromising Integrity
- Excellent teamwork, communication and people skills
