About the Role

Join the Tax & Legal Solutions division to provide expert advice on national and international tax matters, supporting global transactions, corporate restructurings, and tax strategy development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with national and cross-border transactions, including global carve-outs and internal restructurings.
  • Develop individual tax strategies and optimize corporate structures.
  • Participate in transaction projects, including Pillar 2 and restructuring initiatives.
  • Provide support on complex national and international tax law issues, such as reorganization tax law and controlled foreign company rules.

Requirements

  • Completed or near-completion degree in Economics, Law, Finance, or a related field with a focus on taxation.
  • For Consultant level: Initial experience in a tax firm via internships or vocational training.
  • For Senior Consultant level: 2 years of experience in German and international tax law and project business.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in an international work environment.
  • Japanese language skills are desirable for the Düsseldorf team.
  • Korean language skills are desirable for the Frankfurt team.
