About the Role

This role supports the setting of analytical direction, building and maintaining BI infrastructure, and driving key analytical projects to improve data quality and tooling. The goal is to elevate analytical capabilities, produce insightful dashboards and datasets, and inform product development decisions for meal kits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping, building, and management of Commercial BI infrastructure, ensuring insightful and actionable Tableau dashboards.
• Improve data quality and tooling across teams.
• Champion a strong data culture, influencing how teams adopt and act on analytical insights.
• Ideate, scope, and lead strategic analytical projects focused on driving improvements in the core product.
• Analyze large datasets to extract key insights for core product improvements.
• Present and obtain approval for recommendations from Senior Management.
• Identify, develop, and implement new approaches and processes, simplifying and optimizing recurring processes.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Menu Planning, Analytics, Procurement & Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with International HelloFresh geographies to find and leverage synergies.

Requirements

• Ability to inspire and influence teams without formal authority.
• Ability to drive alignment across stakeholders and functions.
• Strong working knowledge of data visualization.
• Essential experience in SQL.
• Experience with Python is a significant advantage.
• Very strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, including summarizing quantitative concepts for all business levels.
• Professional experience in a high-performance culture environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead interactions with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management competencies.
• Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration to achieve joint objectives.
• Genuine interest in using data to solve business challenges.
• Strong analytical abilities and a keen interest in making an impact in a fast-growing organization.
• Cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.
