About the Role

As a Casual In Room Dining Waiter or Waitress, you will play an important role in creating memorable in room dining experiences for our guests. You will deliver food and beverages to guest rooms, ensure every order is presented to the highest standard, and provide warm, professional service throughout every interaction. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guest contact, work well independently, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms professionally and efficiently
Set up and present in room dining orders to Four Seasons standards
Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
Develop a strong understanding of menus, beverages, and hotel facilities
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service and preparation areas
Work closely with the kitchen and wider Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service
Ensure all billing and order procedures are completed accurately
Uphold Four Seasons standards of quality, presentation, and guest care

Requirements

Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred
Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
Positive attitude and team focused approach
Right to Work in the UK
