About the Role
The ABS business within Financing provides innovative financing solutions to lenders across a wide range of securitized and structured products. The business also utilises its strong structuring and underwriting capabilities to arrange and distribute primary capital market issuance.
Responsibilities
- Originate Asset Backed Securitisation transactions across the platform.
- Underwrite, structure, and execute warehouse financing transactions.
- Develop innovative solutions to meet client's current and future funding needs.
- Engage directly with relevant stakeholders including syndicate banks, legal advisers, and rating agencies.
- Structure, market, and distribute public market transactions.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant ABS and structured finance experience.
- Experienced originator with a proven track record.
- Ideally with a legal or structuring background in private or public credit markets.
- Relevant transaction experience and a history of strong productivity.
- Demonstrated effectiveness with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and able to engage with senior client contacts.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach with a focus on efficiency.
