About the Role

The ABS business within Financing provides innovative financing solutions to lenders across a wide range of securitized and structured products. The business also utilises its strong structuring and underwriting capabilities to arrange and distribute primary capital market issuance.

Responsibilities

• Originate Asset Backed Securitisation transactions across the platform.
• Underwrite, structure, and execute warehouse financing transactions.
• Develop innovative solutions to meet client's current and future funding needs.
• Engage directly with relevant stakeholders including syndicate banks, legal advisers, and rating agencies.
• Structure, market, and distribute public market transactions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant ABS and structured finance experience.
• Experienced originator with a proven track record.
• Ideally with a legal or structuring background in private or public credit markets.
• Relevant transaction experience and a history of strong productivity.
• Demonstrated effectiveness with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and able to engage with senior client contacts.
• Collaborative and inclusive approach with a focus on efficiency.
