About the Role
This role is responsible for promoting the nursery and providing world-class customer care to parents. The position focuses on delivering the best care for children, ensuring their individual needs are met in a group setting, and adhering to EYFS guidelines and Ofsted regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide the best experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus.
- Adhere to all the rules, regulations, procedures and principles.
- Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework.
- Communicate with parents, including completing observations, maintaining records, and noting next steps.
- Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above.
- Have at least a Level 5 (Grade C) in GCSE Maths and English.
- Prior experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Strong communication skills and be a team player.
- Show the right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Successful candidate will be subject to a DBS, reference and social media checks.

Salary/Compensations
- £27,040 to £30,867 per annum (pro rata for part time role)
