Responsibilities
- Ensure store team delivers a premium level of customer service
- Monitor KPIs daily, weekly, monthly, and annually
- Ensure targets are met through appropriate planning and staff organization
- Ensure staff are aware of sales targets and KPIs and contribute to shop goals
- Plan expenses for short and long-term success
- Ensure staff carry out operational policies and procedures as per company guidelines
- Investigate stock loss incidents and report to the Retail team
- Monitor loss prevention to protect company inventory and assets
- Take necessary action to lower expenses if sales goals are not met
Requirements
- Experience in retail management is essential
- Proven experience in building effective teams and motivating employees
- Strong initiative and leadership skills
- Understanding of various retail concepts (gross margin, markdowns, visual merchandising)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs
