About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Connectivity Partner Program Manager to drive supply acquisitions and optimization with our connectivity partners. This role is crucial for building and scaling a best-in-class Connectivity platform that cements GetYourGuide as the world’s most reliable, flexible, and high-performing marketplace for travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a scalable Connectivity Partner development strategy aligned with the overall Connectivity strategy and roadmap.
- Analyze and segment Connectivity Partners based on tech, commercial, and operational signals, translating insights into segment-specific initiatives and programs.
- Build scalable program operations through automation, CRM workflows, dashboards, and AI agents to automate segmentation, program orchestration, and partner communications.
- Manage internal and external communication regarding Connectivity updates, feature releases, adoption, and initiative/program communication.
- Report on program progress and partner performance, sharing key trends and learnings with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Connectivity Partner Business Manager (CPBM) to ensure alignment between account-specific development and global/segment initiatives.
- Translate learnings into scalable programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in program management, partner operations, or marketing operations with ownership of scalable initiatives across a portfolio.
- Strong analytical capabilities using SQL and analytics tools for partner segmentation, defining success metrics, and measuring program impact.
- Proficiency in leveraging generative and agentic AI tools for research, data synthesis, communication drafting, and designing automated workflows.
- Basic technical understanding of APIs and integrations to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments (marketing, engineering, product, data analytics, BizOps, sales) with strong alignment and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to create clarity, build trust, and drive program adoption.
- High ownership mindset with a proactive, pragmatic approach focused on scalable outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-changing environment, prioritizing effectively, and working autonomously.
