About the Role

The Quality and Service Specialist provides leadership to cleaning teams, ensuring client expectations are exceeded through effective management, quality assurance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job site productivity and ensure service standards and labor budgets are met.
• Manage supply par levels and submit orders according to purchasing policy.
• Assist with equipment and supply inventories.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality.
• Manage operational costs including labor and supplies.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure service quality.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to align with corporate objectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders and resolve service issues promptly.
• Proactively identify and address potential service issues.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, schedules, and work scopes.
• Ensure staff adhere to uniform and attire policies.
• Complete quarterly workplace inspection checklists.
• Monitor and manage employee performance.
• Provide site-specific training including WHMIS, AODA, and Health and Safety.
• Coach, mentor, and engage with on-site staff.

Requirements

• Ability to work after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit for extended periods with full range of motion.
• Ability to work in front of a computer screen for extended periods.
